Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

From the description of your symptoms, you appear to be suffering from an anxiety disorder, probably generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks. The recent symptoms of 'brain fog', headaches and twitchiness are alo likely to be anxiety-related. Anxiety can manifest itself with not only psychological symptoms, but with physical symptoms also.

Since you appear to be in a lot os suffering due to your anxiety and fear, I would advise you to seek professional help. I would advise you consult a psychiatrist for a detailed psychological assessment and further treatment. There are effective treatment options - in the form of medication or counselling / psychotherapy which will help you overcome your problems.
Wish you all the best.
