Pap Smear Test Showed HVS CTS, Watery Discharge From Vagina, Cervix Found In Vagina. Need To Be Worried?

Hi Doctor, yesterday i when to hospital for normal aid check up with calender of my aid irregulation. Seens i married 10 months doctor does the peps smear test. Doctor told me my verginal frame looks weird and i might have cervic cancer. The tissue's are have been send to test now.. I am worried about this now... doctor write: - 1) hvs cts 2) waterly discharge from vergina 3) cervic found in vergina......... Is this a big issue. Please Advice
