Hi,
You have hyperglycemia and increased lipid levels from your blood work.
Your liver and renal functions are at present normal with a slight increase in SGPT levels.
You sugar control is not good and can lead to damage to kidney, eyes, nerves and vessels. You need to get a microalbumin urine test done to evaluate for kidney damage.
Similarly you need to get your retina examined and in future, try to maintain you HbA1C within normal limits.
You need to correct your medication with life style modification.
Along with this, your lipid profile is also more and you need to get treatment for it too. Maybe statin group of drugs will be prescribed. Discuss it with your doctor.
SGPT alone does not implicate anything. It maybe due to lipid abnormality.
Hope it helps.
Any further query, happy to help again.
