Passing Blood, Blood Clots, Knee Pain, Urine With Odor. UTI Treated With Antibiotics, Amitriptylene, Co-codamol Taken. Advise?

I have just had what I thought was cystitus, It came on very suddenly within a couple of hours I was passing blood and blood clots. 5 days earlier I had a sever pain in my knee, to the extent that it was keeping me awake at night with a severe burning sensation and a great deal of pain when I turned over in bed. the pain is located in my left knee on the inner side. The dr treated the UTI with antibiotics which I finished last week. My urine still smell strange, I was prescribed amyltriptolene to help me sleep and to halp with nerve pain. i have been taking co-codomol 1000mg every 4 hrs. The pain in my knee is as bad as it was two weeks ago and I am waking up between 3 and 4 am with a knee so painful,it makes me cry out in pain when I turn over. I have had an xray on my knee and nothing showed up. (I had an arthroscopy in 1998). I have had one blood test and something is wrong with it because I have been asked to go back again for another test. Could the two issues be related? Could gout be the cause. My urine still smells odd.
