Hi,
You mean you got a hormonal implant. With the implantation of progesterone only implants some patients may not get a period. But have you been not getting a period since 2 years?
From the hair growth that you have mentioned and the weight gain it could be because of the hormonal implant also. Did you have this hair growth before getting the implant?
To find out you need to get some hormonal tests. But as you are on hormonal implants I would advise you to see your gynecologist who will get the required tests done and tell you if you have PCO. If the implant is causing the problem then your gynecologist can remove it and suggest a more suitable contraceptive.
Do not worry.
Take care
