Pea Sized Bump On The Inside Of Tongue With A Metallic Taste

i have a pea sized bump on the inside of my tounge and if i roll my tounge into a taco shape it has a metallic taste and if it gets rolled it sends a shot of pain to the back of my mouth. i also have a canker sore on the back of my mouth on the roof next to my tounsels on the same side as the lump

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
You may be having dialated vein, blocked duct or enlarged salivary gland.
As you are having apthous ulcer or canker sore it may be due to injury by the sharp tooth, spicy food or due to stress.
I would suggest you
1. Maintain good oral hygiene
2. Apply topical anaesthetic agents over the sore.
3.Take Vit B complex
4. Use chlorhexidine mouth gargel
5. Oral NSAIDs.
