Pea Sized Moveable Lump Above Jaw Line Mostly Noticed When The Mouth Is Closed.

I have a pea sized, semi-firm, moveable lump right on or slightly above my jaw line on the right side. Noticed it 3 days ago. It can not be felt from the inside and if my mouth is open I have to really search for it. It is most noticeable when my mouth is closed.

Hello, thank you for consulting with us.
As you are describing the lump that it is pea sized, semi firm, moveable and slightly above the jaw line it seems that it is a buccal lymph node (it is something which is normal and it increases at the time of infection that is why noticeable). In that case there is nothing to worry, but still keep it noticing and if it becomes painful then it will better that you should visit a general physician and get it examined.
