Hi doctor Inside of my left hand is peeling. My arm feels dizzy when I sleep. Usually I wake up when the hand dizziness is severe. I find my hand below my body or above my head and try to release it quickly. The dizziness goes in few minutes but when I sleep, it comes up again. I think my left hand goes dizzy more often than the right hand. Now I think the peeling and dizziness are related as they are both happening to my left hand, what is wrong with me. Could these be a symptom to any disease? Please answer me online cos I may have no chance to follow your tv show. Thank you
