Pelvic Pain With Vaginal Discharge But I Have No Infection
I have been having large amounts of clear vaginal discharge a couple of times a week, sometimes a couple of times a day. It is write a lot, soaking through my clothes. Sometimes pelvic pain accompanies. I saw my Dr. and she is stumped, I have no infection, PAP was normal. It s embarrassing anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
copious clear vaginal discharge without vaginal infection indicate some pelvic problem. Please get your urine & stools routine & microscopic test done -also sonography of lower abdomen.once the cause is known,treatment can be suggested.

Hello ,
Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause of vaginal discharge.
In your case it is pelvic inflammatory disease asociated with BV.
You have to lower down your pH upto 3.5.There are various capsules which contain lactobacillus like fembio which lower vaginal pH.
You can use antibiotics like doxycycline or clindamycin orally.
If you are anaemic take iron supplements.
Maintain good hygiene , use V wash solution daily.
You can keep vaginal suppositories containing clindamycin and micanazole.
Betadine vaginal pessaries are also good.
