Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

1.Uterus 7.82x3.13x3.94 cm Endometrium 0.32 cm
Uterine size is normal.Thickness of endometrium is also normal. Endometrium thickness varies with phase of menstrual cycle.

2.Ovary 3.94x2.95x3.38 cm Left Ovary 3.31x2.60x2.18 cm And also There are four follicles in the right ovary, the largest measures 0.7 cm There are five follicles in the right ovary, the largest measures 0.7 cm

Both ovarian size is also normal and there are 4-5 follicles in both ovaries.
Above findings are not conclusive for PCOD.
It does not satisfy many parameters like necklace appearance of follicles with enlarges ovaries and increased stromal echogenicity.

Besides this,PCOD is diagnosed on the basis of other factors like clinical findings, hormone level estimation.
All the factors have to be considered before diagnosing PCOD.
Hope you have understand the terms.
