Pelvic Sonography Shows, Bulky Uterus, Normal Endometrium And Ovaries. Suggestion?
Sonograpy of pelvis . Report - Uterus is bulky, anteverted and measures 10.0 X 4.2 X 3.8 cms in longitudinal, transverse, A P diameter. Age is 45. There is no evidence of any solid mass in myometrium , The central echogenic endometrium is normal. Endometrium measures 6.0 mm. Both ovaries are normal and does not show any cystic or solid lesion. The cervix and vagina does not show any abnormality. There is no evidence of any free fluid in cul de sac.

The mildly enlarged size of uterus is a normal finding after childbirths. The findings of your ultrasound scan are within normal limits. There is no detectable abnormality in the scan report.
