They told me they found the following in my pelvic ultrasound. What does all this mean? Central endometrial echo complex, .0.5cm Small cyst left ovary 1.5 cm Small nabothian cyst uterine cervix Follicles within both ovaries Right ovary 3.9x2.5x3.3cm Left ovary 2.9x2.0x3.2cm Uterus 5.5x3.8x3.3cm uterus retroverted in appearance

HI
THIS is very small functional cyst in ovary.
it will subside with oral contraceptive pill for 3 months.
nabothian cyst need no treatment.
