Hello Doctor I Have a Boyfriend And He Never Had sex He is 22 years Old ANd He is not Circumcised And He Says His Penis Hurt When he Try And Move The Foreskin! Lately He Tried To Remove it And it went Back a Little But It Was Sticky And White Buildup Was On It ! What Is Wrong And What Does he have To Do to get Comfortable!

The white substance is smegma and this is a normal thing just below the fore skin of the glance penis.
Smegma is sticky so skin ( of back ) was attached to glance .
This is a normal pain and mild lubricant like glycerin or oily substance will ease the pain.
After 4-5 intercourse acts he will not feel any pain.
