Penis Hurts While Urinating. Is It Due To STD Or Poor Diet?
Sometimes it hurts for me to pee. It's only sometimes, and the pain is bearable but varies. My girlfriend brought up STD's (Her and I have never had sex) from my past relationships. I've had sex with one girl who was a virgin, and another who wasn't. I wore condoms every time. I can't seem to remember if the burning has been since before sexual intercourse with the non-virgin, or after. I was wondering if this could maybe be from my poor drinking diet. I don't drink nearly as much water as I should. Sometimes my pee is a dark, almost orange, color. I have had this problem for nearly a year or two. I haven't had a checkup in almost 7-8 years. I cannot for another couple of months and would like to know possible situations that's going on with my penis. Thank you.

I understand your concern and penis hurting while urinating may be due to a urinary tract infection (UTI) or due to a sexually transmitted disease (STD). In either case you would have to visit a doctor. If testing i.e. screening for STDs are normal and you do not have a UTI either you might have a benign or a malignant urological condition for which you need to visit with a urologist. I hope this helps. Also drinking water, lots of water, everyday may be the only solution you are looking for. Take care and have a lovely day!
