Penis Pain, Fever. No Pimples, Red Spots, Painful Urination. What Can This Be?

i have had a pain on the under-side of my penis from yesterday night. i was having pain in my penis, whole night, and i was also having little fever, but till morning fever is ok. i do not have any pimples, red spots, or any pain in urination. what can this be? can it be a tear from intercourse? i have a pain when the penis rubs against my clothes. that is the only time i feel any pain.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acute infection of Urethra (Urethritis) following intercourse.

Get your routine urine test done to rule out UTI.

This can be cured by taking broad spectrum antibiotics along with pain killers for a week.

Get the prescription of these drugs from your family Physician. Avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely.
