Penis Problems, Dark Red Skin, Blood When Excited, Painful. Suggestions?

Hello sir I am 29 yrs old from last 2 week I am facing problem with my penis , the outer skin and the ring part of the penis has gone into dark red & and when my penis get on excited the outer part of skin start getting dark red & blood comes out from the skin & it is pain ful for which I am unable to do any kind of inter course with my wife

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed severe infection of glans and foreskin termed as Ballano Posthatitis.Please get your blood sugar level tests done to rule out diabetes.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation.

Take broad spectrum antbiotis along with some anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.
It should get cured within a week.
Ensure to observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning your genitals with warm water twice daily.
