Perineum Itch That Has Moved To Anus And Part Of Vagina And Labia

Hi. For months now I have had my perineum itch. Now it has moved to my anus and the part of my vagina that is closest to the perineum. All of a sudden my labia and vagina has started to itch. There is one sharp pain in a very small spot on the outside of the vagina. There is no discharge. I am very uncomfortable and don't know what this could be. It is not a vaginal yeast infection. Oh, and it burns that sharp pain spot when I urinate.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
There is also a possibility of having worm infestation.
Go for oral anti-fungal and anti worm treatment.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
