Hi ! In case you are sexually active, please do not consider home pregnancy test to be a confirmatory test for excluding pregnancy. You have to visit your gynaecologist who may after clinically examining you, advise for a serum HCG level, and an ultrasound abdomen to exclude a pregnancy. Clinical examination will also exclude a pelvic infection which may also cause cramps in your abdomen.Till that you may take some simple anti spasmodic drug for the pain.
Wishing you an early recovery.
