Your presenting condition is called hypomenorrhoea. There are several reasons like ovarian cyst, thyroid disturbance, stress, hormonal imbalance, pelvic infection, psychological factors, anemia, systemic disease, irregular diet habit etc.
You need to consult with gynecologist for complete health check up and undergo several investigation like pelvic USG, hormonal assay, blood sugar & Hb% etc to pin point the diagnosis. Take suggestive measures accordingly.
Sex is not the cause of your condition but you need to get marriage soon. Take healthy diet with iron supplements, avoid stress, drink plenty of water/ juice, maintain genital hygiene & take sound sleep.
Hope it helps. Be well.
