Periodic Trembling In Hands, Dizziness, Lightheadedness Usually During Lunch And Dinner Time. Cause?
Hi, every so often my hands begin to shake and I begin to feel dizzy and light headed, this can be at random times but norally occurs around lunch and dinner time, often enough just eatin starts to releave it however some times this doesnt work and I ll fall asleep waking up feeling perfectly fine what do you think it could be?
I went through your description. You should have givenn some more information like your past medical history, medicines currently having, age, built, life style etc.
Fromm the feel of it I suggest that it should be mild tremor with psychologicl affinity. Disease associated trembling should arise whenever you lift your hands or at least whenever you are using it. Here you are experiencing it only during lunch and dinner time. I think it is because you are expecting the trembling to happen during these occassions. Apprehension, and it happens.
Stop thinking about it and don't wait to take lunch after work. Immedietely start and the hands will be normal as you are not apprehensive. If you are worried, consult a neurologist for further diagnosis. But I don't feel the necessity. Hope I am able to answer your query. I am available for further discussion on this matter. Get well soon.
