Periods Delayed, Yellow Discharge, No Pre-menstrual Symptoms. Sexually Active. Pregnancy Chances?

Last period starting on 2/13. My cycle is around 28-31 days. Usually regular. My period hasn t arrive yet. I have been having light yellow discharge or colorless discharge since 3/12. No other pre menstrual symptoms at all. Usually I have sore breasts and slightly cramping before my period comes. I used home ovulation kit last month and it says positive on 2/28. I had sex on 2/27, 3/1 & 3/2. How likely I will be pregnant ? I usually get positive with the ovulation test each month on day 15 or day 16. My progesterone level on day 21, am I ovulating?
