Periods Started. Pain, Blood Coming Out During Urination. Loads Of Blood On Wiping. Possible Cause?

im 13 and i think i started my period today, but every single time i ve been to the toilet when i pee it stings, and blood comes out to, when i wipe myself there is a load of blood there, my mum knows about this but im scared, also i have just came out hospital due to a skin and ear infection thing, im on alot of medicine, please help!.
