Hi,
In the current scenario, the ideal thing to do is to get a blood test for pregnancy done along with a trans-vaginal sonogram and see a specialist for further evaluation and management. If pregnancy can be excluded, you may have to be tested for other possible causes of bleeding like polyps, fibroids, dysfunctional uterine bleeding and hormonal disorders. Your symptoms can mimic a pregnancy, but need not necessarily point to it. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
