Periods Was Delayed, Pain In Abdomen, Stomach Became Big. Pregnancy Test Was Negative. Help?

I am 31years old, I've always had regular periods but i missed it for two weeks and felt movement and pains in my abdomen while my stomach became very big like a pregnant woman then i I took a home test which was negative and then a blood quantitative test which came out negative too. Now my period came afterbeing late for 17 days. Pls can ssomeone tell me what could be wrong?

Hello,
There are various reasons for delay in periods like stress,being overweight or underweight,doing lot of exercises,use of various medications,change of schedule,hormonal imbalance,some recent illness etc.
There is nothing to worry as this could be a onetime phenomenon,however if you repeated get delayed periods,then best would be to consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation.
Till you consult a doctor,Sleep well,take proper diet,drink plenty of water and destress you by doing yoga and deep breathing exercises.
