It is a good sign and it says you have no block in tubes.Please follow calender method and have intercourse during ovulation days to enhance your chances of pregnancy.

If the HSG is showing peritoneal spill on both sides it is a positive sign which suggests that your both tubes are open and not blocked.Open tubes are necessary to get pregnant.It is a good sign if you are to get pregnant.
