Permanent Suture Removed From Face, Pus Discharge From Holes. Taking Antibiotics. Cure?

Hi. My plastic surgeon removed a permanent suture about three weeks ago from my face. A little pus keeps coming up after every three days. I did two courses of antibiotics . He does not seem concerned. A little puss came up from one hole and has begun clearing up, yet some puss comes up about every three days from the top hole .....
