Persistent Cough, Sore Throat, Vaginal Thrush, Neck Stiffening, Low Feeling. On Antibiotics To Clear Chest, No Relief. Treatment?

Hi, I ve had a persistant cough for 8 weeks, I ve had 2 courses of antibiotics and it isn t as now bad but my chest still isn t clear and I m still coughing and feel like a have coating on my throat . I ve just developed vaginal thrush and my neck is stiffening. I m always tired and lack the desire to do the things I used to. What would you recommend I do? Thank you

labs, and Xray chest is needed.
