Persistent Headache, Reduced Night Vision In Right Eyes. Had A Fall, Got Hit Hard. Suggestions?

I fell backward while rollerblading and hit the back of my head. I did not lose consciousness but I did hit very hard. Since then I have had a persistent headache rated between 5&7/10 on pain scale depending on activity. Pain is relieved to 0-2/10 on painscale with ibuprofen. My other sympton is reduced acuity in right eyes night vision. I am concern

hi there,if the pain is persistent with decreased visual acquity then I think you should visit a neurophysician and get your self examined and get a CT scan done to rule out any internal bleeding. In many instances if the bleed is small it starts being symptomatic only over a period of time as the clot enlarges and so this delayed presentation with headache and visual disturbances. Do take a consultation and treatment for the same . Take care.
