Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your kids problem is most likely recurrent upper respiratory tract infection due to adenoid hypetrophy. Such enlarged adenoids can cause blocked stuffy nose, ear problems, sore throat, allergic problems and even problems for sleeping. So it is better to have an ENT examination. An endoscopic examination might be needed. In some cases surgical removal of adenoids are adviced. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
