Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

It could have been better if you had provided a more detailed account of your problem. I am interested in knowing, your age, if what you have is dull ache or throbbing pain, whether or not you are running fever, if you have nausea/vomiting, your activity, previous headaches and current treatment if any.

Headaches are associated with multiple causes. Based on the information you provided, it seems the headache and dizziness is part of flu infection.

I would you suggest you to try the following.
- Analgesics like ibuprofen 200mg twice a day for 2-3 days
- Antihistamines such as nyquil once or twice a day
- Warm saline gargles
- Drink plenty of fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables
- Avoid strenuous physical activity.

If the symptoms worsen, a visit to your primary care physician is warranted. You might need some basic investigations like a complete blood count and throat swab.

Hope this helps.

Regards
