Petechie On Chest, Arms, Vomiting And Panic Attacks, Enormous Purple Stretch Marks After Endometriosis Surgery. What To Do ?

Past history- about 10 years ago ( 31 now) i had surgery for endometriosis. I was put on the depo shot. Not long after, I gained 50lbs in 2 and a half months, started losing my hair, serious tremors of the foot and ankle and smaller ones in the hands, I would get petechhie on my chest, arms, legs and face, vomited often and started having panic attacks. I also got enormous deep purple stretch marks everywhere. I worried about the shot since it was the only medication I ever took. Doctor said it couldn't be it. Symptoms got worse. I was sent to 5 different specialist and was tested and retested for lupus, diabetes, MS, nerve issues and cancers, cushings .... All sending to and from and back again on the doctor train. My blood work always was crazy in one area and then fine the next test, then crazy in something else and then fine..... Later, I voiced concerns still for the shot. My obgyn decided to just give me the shot every 4-5 months instead of every 3. Everything got worse. I eventually stopped taking the shot despite the doc telling me it couldn't be it. Things got somewhat better. It is now about 4 years later and I still have hand tremors, stomach issues, heart flutters, random pains on the side of my throat, hair loss and despite every effort possible I can't lose weight. (Before all this i never broke 100 pounds - now i am 70lbs heavier ). My temp when awake stays around 99 and I am either burning up or freezing. I still feel my body pressure (adrenaline) rise significantly when I am the least bit upset or nervous, but not as bad as before. Also, this last year I am now getting different types of cysts and lypomas all over/inside my body. (Sternum, shoulders, collar bone, legs, inner ear, eye, hair line, so on..... ). I talked myself into seeing a doctor again, especially for the cysts. Two look like I have enormous grapefruit growing under the skin. I went to an internist thinking they would look at the whole body instead of one symptom at a time. He spent ten minutes with me, told me he recommended talking to a therapist... He ran tests just to appease me. They called me back the next day - apparently my liver and thyroid functions were off the chart. I tested the next day, called them a week later to find out what was going on. They just said the test was back with in range. I am so tired in body and spirit.. Where the heck do I go from here, or is it time to just live with all of it.
