Pigmented Lesion On Penis, No Pain Or Itching. Help

Hi doctor i am 22, I visit a surgeon doctor yesterday about my problem , but i guess i need to consult more doctors, the problem i have is with my penis ... i have got pigmented lesion (like a pimple kinda thing) on the tip of my penis near the place i urinate ( AS PER THE DDCTOR SAID TO ME) - its color is close to gray and i feel its due to masturbation! It has no pain , no itching nothing but i am worried about it. The size is very small about 1-2mm. I would be really glad if you could help me with this.

The color of glans is due to pigmentation.
It is not due to masturbation.
You should not worry about it.
It will not affect your sexual life.
