Yes, it can be done surgically but will have some side effects. One without any side effects is yet to be found. With the latest methods, it is possible to minimise the side effects.

Piles are medically known as Haemorrhoids. It is a condition wherein the vein inside or outside the anus or lower rectum gets inflamed or swollen.
Igive you some remedies to get relief without side effects.
1. Drink 50 ml of Radish juice twice a day.
2.Drink Buttermilk to which Rock salt , Ginger and Peppercorns has been added. To reduce the pain felt due to piles have this twice a day.
3.Dried Mango seeds powder with a little Honey and eat this twice daily.
4.Mix one ripe mashed Banana in a cup of milk.Have this twice daily.
5.Apply Coconut oil on the affected areas will give relief from the burning and itching
