Pilodonial Sinus, Bleeding After Wiping. No Bleeding Since Two Months. Can It Be Healed On Its Own?

I have what i think is a pilodonial sinus . I discovered this a few months ago when it was bleeding after going to the loo and wiping. It has not caused me any problems in the last 2 months, no bleeding. Im 18 years old and i was wondering if it could have healed itself? its just a small hole about 1/2 mm wide. due to exams i can t go to a GP for a month or so.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. This is sometimes possible to have a complete healing on its own - basically means the body heals all the things on its own.
Since there is no problem for the last 2 months just wait and watch.
During the next attack if it occurs , please visit a Surgeon .
