Pimple Like Blemishes On Back, Abdomen, Flanks, Painful. What Could This Be?
Hello I am a 38 year old healthy female. In the past month, I have been getting small pimple like blemishes on my back, abdomen and flanks. They start under the skin and are painful. When they start to show, they start out red and come to a white head almost like a blister or pimple. They only last 3-4 days and go away but they continue to pop up one or two at a time. What could this be?

Hi i think it is only pityriasiform folliculites .which may be due to dandruff on the scalp.it presents as painful papules which on popping blood and pus comes out.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily and application of t bact ointment after saline compressors .use of antidandruff shampoo twice a week can cure the condition
