Pimple-like Things On Neck That Do Not Itch. What Is The Substance That Comes Out?
I get large (size of a nickel) pimple-like things on my back and back of my neck . They do not itch or hurt. If I let them go until they protrude too much for my cosmetic comfort, I squeeze them and a white and rather viscous substance comes out ... it is quite thick and not at all runny and it has an odor. It may take several months, but they invariably reappear on the same spot. Is this serious?

Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having Sebaceous cyst.
There might be pin point black opening from where cheesy type material comes out.
Get it excised with sac and you will get complete cure.
If you do not get it operated there might be drainage and refilling will continue and in future there might be infection.
