Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
As per the history elicited, it does not seem to be breast cancer. It must be a skin problem.
Just stand in front of mirror and palpate your breast to see whether there is any lump deep to the itchy area. If not, then you need not worry.
Dermatologist will be the right doctor you should consult to.
