Pimple On Jawline, Scab Formation On Touching, Skin Peeling, Round Raised Wart. Cure?

There was once a pimple on my jawline and I picked at it. It turned into a scab which I continued to pick at. I would peel the new scabs out of habit. Now I have a round, hard, raised, rough surface there that resembles a wart . What is this and how can I get rid of it? It seems like it s not going to go away on its own.

Hi,

Continuously and repeatedly squeezing and pricking the acne lesion might lead to granulomatous growth.

Immediately and permenantly you have to avoid to prick or squeez the lesion.

Apply steroid with salicylic acid oint on the lesion at night.

Take antihistaminics like hydroxyzine and anxiolytic like fuoxetin daily till you feel better.

If needed, intralesional steroid inj. May be taken.

But, all this under supervision of dermatologist.
