Pimple On Penis, Red, Pus, No Problem Urinating. What Is It?
I have a pimple-like in one of my veins beneath my penis (between the base of the penis and scrotum ). And it comes from nowhere. It is like pimple but quite big, with color red (I think its blood ) and pus inside. What troubles me is that it is located in veins that seems connected to my scrotum. Im having no problem urinating or whatsoever. What is it? Any help?

Hhhi red pimple on the penis can be only folliculites .it is infection of hair follicle over the penis it presents as red follicle with pus inside.
It can treated by antibiotic twice daily .anti inflammatory agent twice daily and application of t bact ointment after saline compressors
