Hello sir can i use clindamycin phosphate gel 1% cream for pimples spots?sir i have a lots of spots on my face....i m using this cream it is useful for spots or not?i have skin problem actually i have soraysis all over my body i m taking medicin for soraysis but pimples spot is a big problem for me so plzzzz help me sir thanks

Hi i think clindamycin phosphate can be used for pimples it is be used along with retinioc acid in the night .it can be used even if psoriasis is presentvall over the body
