i have pimple in my face dont know what to use i also have black heads in my face .please help me

It is called....ACNE VULGARIS...,
1) Frequent washes with FASH BAR...,
2) Tab Isotretinoin 20 mg daily for 30 days...,
3) Clindamycin 1% aplly on face 2 times daily ...,,
4) Plenty of vegetables, fresh fruits...,
