hi,since you are a transplant patient i would advice you to go for topical treatment. You can use an antiacne soap like acnestal to cleanse your face,You can apply topical benzoylperoxide[Brevoxyl2.5%}as a dotted method by night and Clindamycin{clingard} by day for a month, you can also get salicylicpeel done by a dermatologist after consultation in person.
