Pimples On Face. Using Salycylic Acid. How Can They Be Treated?

sir..im 18, female, and i got a problem about my face.. i got lots of pimples and i researched some on how to get rid of them..lots of articles mentioned salycylic acid..i found out that it is being used to treat verruca plana ..when i researched about it, i found out that these pimples are not pimples but verruca plana!! how can i treat this? thank you very much..

sure salicylic acid might help. However, the ideal is for you to meet a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan. There could even exist some cheaper and effective treatment options for you.
