Pimples On Neck, Itchy And Painful. Tried Anti Bacterial Cream. What Else Can Help?
Hello doctor, my name is Shan my husband have this pimple like bumps on his neck, it is painfull and itching specially during sunny day. He is suffering for years now. He has tried an antibacterial topical cream, it lessen the itch but never goes away. We also consulted a dermatologist but his prescription does nothing to it.. Pls help..thank you

Appearance of itchy pimples on neck is usually fungal in origin
it is called as tinea cruris.
you can apply clotrimazole antifungal oint.
