Pinky Finger Itchy And Swollen. Is It An Allergic Reaction?

Hi my name is emma and im 18 years old (well turning 19 in a month) Anyways, i came back from school today and slept like 4 hrs but when i woke up my pinky was swollen and theres this beed like sensation at the tip of my pinky, its also kinda itching, what could have caused this? One more thing, 2 days ago 2 red bumps appeared on my left arm and they seem like mosquito bites but they were sooo red and itchy and swollen, could this be an allergic reaction or something?

Hi Emma,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query on HCM.
As per your query your little finger got red and swollen with 2 red bumps on arm.
It appears from your query you got insect bite hypersensitivity.
This is common to find redness and itching with pain over the areas bitten by insects. It appears suddenly as you noticed it after sleep.
You need to be worried about the same. It will be totally alright in next 48 hours. You do not try to do anything over it like any hot compression or any cream application rather ca do cold compression over the affected part. If the redness increases or pain arises then you can consult a doctor
