Pins And Needles Around The Left Knee And Pain In Left Groin. Remedy?

Hello.

I have pins & needles around my left knee and I sometimes also have pain in my left groin which has been affecting my sleep. I have been seeing a Chiropractor since May this year, but that only relieves the pain for a short time. I have just moved to FNQ and have not see my Chiropractor for 2 weeks. I walk each morning & have just started swimming.

Is there anything I can do to relieve the pins & needles?

pain in left groin ? referred to left knee severe enough to deprive you of sleep could be due to inflammation of inguinal lymphnodes. Please get blood counts, and sonography of abdomen for any pathology
