Pins And Needles In Hands And Feet, Sore Throat. Reason?

Hi I am 24 years old. I sometimes get pins and needles in my hands and feet (mainly hands). I have been having these occurrences the past 3 months. I also have a sore throat constantly when I swallow. I am 82kg and 5,11 ft. I am a healthy individual and active with sports. Can you explain why i keep getting these problems please?

This is the non-specific type of complain and most of the time highly related with kind of hallucination, certain medical complain need total medical examination, history, then and then we can say something, to rule out some pathology behind this you will have see the doctor. have nice day.
