Pins And Needles Pain In The Body, Sweating, Ringing In The Ears. What Is Happening?
Hi last night I woke up about 4 this morning, when I got down stairs into my kitchen I come over very faint, pins and needles all over body and flame over very cold but also really sweating, everything around me felt distance and a really high pitch ringing in both ears, just wondered if you could tell me what this could be, I have never experienced something like it before and have a good medical history

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having hypoglycemia i.e. low sugar level in early morning giving rise to all symptoms.
Now when you have these symptoms take little sugar juice or sugar or chocolate.
Consult your doctor and get your blood pressure and blood sugar measured.
