Pins And Needles Sensation In Left Arm, Headaches, Numbness In Finger Tips, Discomfort. Cure?

Hi im a 28 Female and I ve been getting pins and needles in my left arm for a few weeks now and also headaches now my fingertips on mt left hand keep going numb and im struggling to use my left hand, i have.a stange and uncomfortable feeling on the top of my hand and lower arm when i bend it what could be causing this? Thanks
