Hi, I am a 42 year old female and feel like a needle sticks me in my right breast. At times it is painful.

Hello.

You must do a self examination of your breast to find any lump in the breast.Next you should get a mammography done to rule out any pathology. If everything is normal then it might be due to perimenopausal age group and the hormonal changes are responsible for it.
